Phil takes over from founder, Liam Le Guillou, who recently left the company to pursue a career in film, based in New York, USA. Phil has worked for the video marketing and communications company since soon after it was founded in 2004.

On his appointment Phil said, “I am delighted to take on the leadership of the Spike operation here in Jersey. The fundamentals of video communications haven’t changed. Film and TV still ‘tickles’ more parts of your brain and excites and engages like no other media can. However, how we consume video in this day-and-age is clearly the exciting factor and Spike has always focused on new cutting edge distribution methods. I look forward to continuing to work with clients old and new on innovative web TV and online video solutions.”

Phil’s role is a critical one at Spike, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running operations of the company in Jersey, and working closely with founder Warren Mauger based in Guernsey. A multi-talented team player, Phil is as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it and is also a great producer who has fantastic relationships with all Spike’s clients.
