In September 2010 Spike was commissioned for the fourth year running to produce content for the Annual Institute of Directors debate in Guernsey.

The film is a collection of interview clips with some of the islands most successful business people.

This island boasts a wealth of business leaders some of whom are homegrown some have chosen to base their business in the island.

Guernsey has a long history of business success from being a trading post between Britain and France to William Le Lacheur sailing to Costa Rica and creating their coffee trade.

In this film our experts comment on what the Island needs to do to stay successful.
