Hook and Cook

Last summer we went fishing! We took local fishing expert Peter Double out to catch Garfish off the north coast of Jersey and we visited the local markets with Peter Mac to get ideas for a good recipe.

Next we mixed the two presenters together with a BBQ and a bottle of wine and stood well back. The result – Hook and Cook – a pilot programme for series all about fishing in Channel Island waters and the subsequent cooking of ‘Man Food’. A mouth watering combination!
